
Refund Policy

At Biziffy.com, we provide paid listings to increase visibility and reach. As we do not sell physical goods, this policy applies solely to listing and promotional services.
1. Free Listings
Free business listings are provided at no charge. No payment is collected and therefore no refund applies.
2. Paid Listing Plans — Refund Eligibility
Refunds for paid plans are eligible when: the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, the listing has not yet been approved or gone live, or technical issues on our end prevented service delivery.
Refunds will not be issued if the listing has already been approved and published, more than 7 days have passed since purchase, the listing was removed due to policy violations, or the request is based on a change of mind after activation.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@biziffy.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including your registered email, order ID or transaction reference, and reason for the request. We will process within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Biziffy does not charge any processing fee for refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid listing anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal but does not automatically trigger a refund unless eligibility criteria are met.
